This Privacy Policy explains how Conclave Agentic, a service of growthmindset.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit conclaveagentic.com, speak with the Keeper, submit a project brief, join a waitlist, or use our AI council services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
- Information you provide. Your name, company, email address, phone number, and the project details you submit through our forms or share with us.
- Voice conversations with the Keeper. When you choose to speak with the Keeper, our live AI avatar, we process your microphone audio, the resulting transcript, and the information you share so the Keeper can respond and prepare your brief.
- Project content. Briefs, files, and other material you give us so our council of AI models can analyze, debate, and plan your project.
- Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar analytics collected automatically through cookies and comparable technologies.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services, including running council sessions and preparing plans and deliverables.
- To respond to briefs and enquiries, communicate with you, and provide support.
- To process payments and manage engagements.
- To analyze usage, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including visits and completed enquiries or waitlist signups attributed to X ads.
AI Processing
The Services use artificial intelligence. Voice conversations, briefs, and project content may be processed by third-party AI model and avatar providers to deliver the Services. We do not permit those providers to use your content to train their models where the provider offers that choice. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share.
How We Share Information
We share information in the following circumstances:
- With service providers (for example AI model, voice and avatar, hosting, storage, and payment processors) who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
- With X for advertising measurement. The X pixel collects visit and device information. When conversion tracking is enabled, our server sends X a submission event, a SHA-256 hash of your email address, and an X ad click identifier when available. The email hash is used for matching and is not anonymous. We do not send your project brief or conversation content to X.
- To comply with law, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Conclave Agentic, growthmindset.ai, our clients, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your information as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at matt@growthmindset.ai. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
